This website is provided for information and enquiry purposes. Content may be updated or amended at any time without notice.
Your information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange stays, assess property submissions and maintain our records. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Submitting a booking enquiry does not create a confirmed reservation. A stay is only confirmed once we have responded and agreed the dates, price and terms with you in writing.
Submitting a property for review does not create any agreement or obligation on either side, and does not result in the property being published. All submissions are reviewed by our team.
Property descriptions, photography and specifications are provided in good faith. Minor variations may occur as homes are maintained and refreshed.
Any figures discussed regarding rental income are indicative and depend on the individual property, its location and market conditions. Agreed terms are always set out in a written management agreement.
We accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
