Unity Living Estates prepares and manages short-term accommodation in the UK. On one side, guests find homes that are genuinely ready for them. On the other, landlords hand over the day-to-day and get their time back.
We are deliberately small in the number of properties we take on and deliberately thorough in how we run them. That balance is what keeps the standard where it should be.
Our Approach
Most property management stops at the paperwork. We think the guest experience is the management — a well-hosted stay protects the property, earns better reviews and keeps occupancy healthy.
So we handle both: preparation, presentation, cleaning schedules and maintenance on the landlord side; communication, check-in and care on the guest side.
