Deposits, house rules and what we ask of guests staying in our homes.
Some stays require a refundable security deposit or a pre-authorisation on your card. The amount, if any, is confirmed with your booking and released after check-out once the property has been checked.
Please treat the home as you would your own. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear during their stay.
No parties or events, no smoking or vaping indoors, and quiet between 10pm and 8am out of respect for neighbours. Pets are only permitted where agreed in advance.
Only the guests named on the booking may stay overnight. Visitors during the day are fine, provided the house rules are observed.
We may need to access the property for urgent maintenance or safety reasons. Other than in an emergency, we will always arrange this with you first.
Items left behind will be held for a short period and can be returned at cost. Lost keys or access devices may be charged at the replacement cost.
Please leave the property tidy, with rubbish removed and keys returned as instructed. Full departure notes are sent before the end of your stay.
