These terms apply to booking enquiries and confirmed stays. Please read them alongside our Cancellation Policy and Deposit & Guest Terms.
A booking enquiry is a request, not a reservation. Your stay is confirmed only once we have replied in writing with the agreed dates, price and terms, and any required payment has been received.
Prices are quoted per stay and depend on the property, dates, length of stay and guest numbers. The price confirmed in writing is the price that applies.
Payment terms are set out in your booking confirmation. Where a connected booking platform is used, payment is taken securely by that provider at the point of booking.
Only the guests named on the booking may stay at the property. Please tell us in advance if your party changes, as occupancy limits apply to every home.
Arrival and departure times are confirmed before your stay. Early arrival or late departure can often be arranged, subject to the schedule between stays.
Extended and relocation stays may follow different minimum-stay, housekeeping and payment arrangements. These are agreed with you in writing before the stay begins.
We prepare, clean and check every property before arrival and remain contactable throughout your stay. If something is not right, tell us and we will put it right as quickly as we can.
